I am Ritesh Meshram from Gondia (MH). I work as a teacher. In 2022, I had a major road accident, due to which I had to undergo 5–6 surgeries. I have always been passionate about sports, even before the accident. However, the accident was so severe that there was no certainty whether I would survive or not. Playing sports seemed like a distant dream. After I began to recover, I started thinking about sports again, but the big question was — which sport should I pursue? Then I sent an email regarding table tennis. Following that, Mr. Jagdeep Bhiwandkar sir personally reached out to me and provided me with all the necessary information.
